When will my order arrive?

Your items are made to order. Allow time for production plus shipping.

• Production: typically 2–5 business days before dispatch. Weekends, holidays and the order day are not included.
• Standard shipping within the U.S.: typically another 3–4 business days for items produced and shipped domestically.
• Typical domestic U.S. total: approximately 5–9 business days, combining production and transit. Items fulfilled outside the U.S., remote destinations and peak periods can take longer.

These are estimates, not guaranteed arrival dates. Timing depends on the product, fulfillment location, destination and current demand. If you need a gift by a particular date, contact us before ordering.

How much is shipping?

Shipping is charged separately from the product price. The final charge depends on your items and delivery address and is shown at checkout before you pay.

Example: the current standard U.S. shipping rate for a single Home Café travel mug is $9.89 USD. A $29.95 travel mug totals $39.84 before any applicable tax. This is a travel-mug example, not a storewide shipping rate; other items and multi-item orders may cost a different amount.

Ordering different products?

Products such as mugs, clothing and art prints may ship separately because of packaging needs or different production locations. Shipping charges from different product groups may be combined at checkout. Review the complete shipping total before paying. Packages may arrive on different days and have separate tracking links.

Destinations outside the U.S.

Available destinations and delivery options are confirmed at checkout. Where international delivery is available, transit time varies by origin and destination and can be substantially longer than domestic shipping. Customs processing may cause delays, and customs charges or import fees may apply.

Tracking and delivery help

After dispatch, use the tracking link in your shipping confirmation or visit Track Your Order. Tracking may take time to show carrier updates. If your estimated delivery date has passed or a package arrives damaged, contact Davo Gifts with your order number.
